+What is a visa and why is it important?

A visa is a travel document that allows a person to enter or leave the country from which it is issued. When visiting a foreign country, you always need a visa document to ensure that you are entering the country legally. A visa application submitted in advance of arrival allows the country to consider the applicant's circumstances, such as financial protection, the reason for applying, and information about the person's previous visits to the country.

+When can I apply for a UAE visa?

You can submit an application for the UAE visa anytime between 58 to 3 days prior to your travel date.

+How many days will it take to process my UAE visa?

Once your application is accepted, visa applications require a minimum of 2 - 3 working days to process and may take longer too. For visa change applications, the maximum time of the processing of the visa takes about 72 working hours.

+What are the requirements needed for applying for a visa?

Generally, we require our customers to submit documents for the passenger . From the passenger, we will need the copy of the passport and a 2 x 2 photo with a white background.

+Does the Dubai visa fee vary for different categories or types of visa?

Yes, the visa fee for single entry and multiple-entry in UAE is different. Additionally, it also depends on the length of the applicant's stay in Dubai or UAE.

+If I have a valid Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Dubai visa, will I be able to travel to different Emirates?

Yes, once you have a valid UAE visa, you can travel anywhere within the country. The UAE visa can be issued from either Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah.

+Is the visa application fee refundable if it has been rejected?

No, the visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the visa application is rejected.

+What should be the validity of my passport?

If you are applying for a tourist visa, the passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of your travel.

+Will my tourist visa that is issued from your company allow me to travel by road or border?

Yes, you can definitely travel by road or border if you are holding a tourist visa.

+Do children or infants need a visa?

Yes. All passengers, including children and infants, must hold a visa to enter the UAE.

+If my visa approval from another travel agency is not confirmed, can I apply through your agency?

No, in this case, it will create a double application and we cannot get approval if you have a pending application for a UAE visa from another company.

+There is a date of expiration on my visa. Is that the last day that I can stay in the UAE?

No. This expiration date that you see in your visa is its validity from the day it was issued until the day it can be used. The validity of the visa is usually 60 Days. So, if the date of issue of the visa is, for example, from July 6, you have until September 3 to use the visa to enter the UAE. If you use it on September 4, you will lose the right to enter the country and must again apply for a new visa. The first day of your stay will be counted from the day your passport gets the stamp of entry to UAE, regardless if it is 30 days or 90 days.

+What is the difference between a Single Entry l tourist visa and a Multiple entry visa?

A regular tourist visa is a single-entry, single-exit visa that is used for tourist/one-time holiday purposes. The multiple-entry Dubai visa is applicable for travellers who travel to Dubai on a regular basis for business, leisure, or to visit family or friends.

+How do I cancel my UAE visa application?

It is not possible to cancel your UAE visa application if you have submitted it once and made the payment.

+Can I change/amend my UAE visa application after I have paid? does not accept amendments/changes or any other type of modifications to the submitted UAE visa application. Furthermore, UAE visa application fees are non-refundable.

+How will I get my UAE visa?

The UAE visa is an electronic document received in the form of an E-Visa, which will be e-mailed to you once we receive it from the UAE Immigration . You only need to print it and show it at the UAE passport checks at the airport at which you arrive in the UAE.

+Is it safe to travel to UAE amid COVID?

Yes, UAE and specifically Dubai, is one of the safest destinations to travel during COVID-19. It is fully operational by adhering to the stringent safety and precautionary measures in place.

+Does a UAE visa include COVID-19 insurance?

+Do I need a COVID PCR test before I fly?

Yes, a COVID-19 PCR test is mandatory to ensure everyone's safety. Every traveller must possess COVID-19 negative PCR test report taken 72 hours prior to flying.

+I have taken COVID-19 vaccine. Do I still require COVID-19 PCR test report?

Yes, even if you have taken COVID-19 vaccine, most countries still require PCR test reports. We recommend you to stay up to date with recent travel regulations regarding testing and quarantine at your departure and arrival destinations.

+Is it mandatory to buy COVID insurance with a visa?

Yes, in the ongoing global pandemic of COVID-19, the UAE government has made it essential to include COVID insurance with every UAE visa issued online. Our UAE visa costs are inclusive of COVID insurance.
